Service Availability

The "Perspective in Your Pocket" service is available from 7am to 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), Monday through Sunday.

Response Time

Text messages sent to the service will be responded to within 2 hours during the available hours of operation.

Detailed Discussions

Any issues requiring more detailed discussion will necessitate an appointment. These appointments will be charged at a rate of $350 per hour, in accordance with the standard client agreement.

Subscription Service

The subscription service is charged at $199 per week, which includes access to the "Perspective in Your Pocket" service and a monthly Zoom call.

The Zoom call will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time each month.

Booking and Payments

Included Monthly Zoom appointments may be made by text directly with Courtenay as part of your service.

Appointments for detailed discussions must be booked through the official website www.courtenaydubois.com using the provided booking system.

Payment for any additional appointments must be made at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments for detailed discussions and the monthly Zoom call can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.
